ECP IS STILL IN THE LEAD!

Let's keep up the great work. My challenge for you all today is to research your local food options. The USDA has a directory. Just type in your zip code and explore local vendors, farmers' markets, pantries, and more! This is a great individual and community resource for family and friends.

This is a fantastic resource. Thank you! I've bookmarked it for future reference and will share it with friends. (I was happy to see my favorite farmers market come up first on my list when I entered my zip code.) :)

I have a wildflower garden and my friend said some of the flowers are edible! I'm going to look into it more and try to make a special dessert with them if so. Here are some pretty picks that
I put in my gummy bear shaped vase!!

Beautiful flowers! I also love the gummy-bear belly peeking out.

I have a worm compost. They love my cooking scraps! I want to expand soon. I actually adopted these worms because I didn't want to go through a breeder. I'm glad they have a home with me!

That compost looks so rich! I confess to zooming in on the photo, hoping to spot a worm, lol.

I calculated my water footprint today... I thought that sounded like a lot, but it's LOWER than the average. WOW! I still want to cut it down. It's hard to image that many gallons of water for a SINGLE day!

    Hello everyone!

This is such a fun way to get together and do some good for our planet. Thank you to everyone who joined. I look forward to completing these upcoming challenges with you next week!

Just so everyone knows, we have picked out some actions we believe align with our organization and employees. However, you should have the option to choose and/or make your own, so feel free to participate that way as well.

    Good luck!
