I will pick up trash on my daily walks or when I'm enjoying the outdoors. My action will help with making outdoor spaces better than I found them.

I will review the impact that I have had so far on perpetuating conservation and restoration during the Ecochallenge.

I will calculate my Water Footprint to learn about my tap water use and "virtual water" use.

I will swap out 4 pieces of produce with produce that might not have been purchased otherwise. (Don't forget to weigh it at the store!)

I will avoid sending 3 disposable cup(s) to the landfill each day by using a reusable mug.

I will spend at least 20 minutes learning about water and air quality issues in my area, how they are impacting human and environmental health, and how I can help.

I will repair or mend items that would have otherwise been thrown away.

If at all possible, I will not accept any disposable bags when making purchases.

I will review the impact that I have had so far on perpetuating just economies during the Ecochallenge.
